Your kids will LOVE these easy, healthy strawberry fruit rollups

Recipe & Directions:
Purée 10 (or as many as you want) strawberries in food processor
Add a tablespoon of lemon juice
Add 1/4 of sugar (can be omitted)
Toss the puréed berries in skillet over heat for 10 minutes on the stove to cook out water.
Toss on parchment paper (thin to win, the thinner the better)
Turn oven to 170° leave in for 3 hours
Rollups are done when you touch them, and they are no longer sticky.
