Grandma Penny really is on to something here...

Now I have tried this grape salad before. I loved it then, and I love it now, but it's always just a little more rewarding if you make it yourself.

If you ordered Stella Bella or Scarlet Royal California grapes from the Fruit Truck, you should have gotten a care card with a recipe on it. That's this grape recipe - so delicious, so easy, and The Fruit Truck has all the fresh fruit you need.

GRANDMA PENNY'S CHICKEN APPLE GRAPE SALAD

1/2 cup of sliced green grapes

1/2 cup of sliced red grapes

1/2 cup diced apples

1/4 cup chopped pecans

12.5 oz can chunked chicken breast

1 cup of mayonnaise (or salad dressing)

salt and pepper to taste

Mix together and use for sandwich filling or lettuce bed.

A squeeze of lemon is also a nice touch - I didn't have lemon, still tasted good!
