If you prefer the peel off your peaches, it's super easy. All you have to do is blanch the peach and the peel will come off.
Blanching is basically when you take a vegetable or fruit, toss it in boiling water, remove it after a short time and toss it in an ice bath.

Tips from Mitchell:
Bring water to a rolling boil. Keep the peaches in the water for 30 seconds. Transfer the peaches to an ice bath. Use a paring knife or your fingers to peel the skin which should come off easily.
